Actual vs. Legacy
Actual permissions apply right now, while you are active. Legacy permissions activate automatically if you stop responding to liveness checks — your vault is then unlocked and contacts gain access according to their legacy level. Inherited rows pick up their values from a parent folder or the vault; click any row to set an explicit override.
